Shipping policy

You can email us about an exchange or refund at any time if we all agree to terms Roberta & Bug's will email you a return slip for either USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or another carrier we choose to best serve all parties. Instructions on where to drop the sealed product and return slips will be in your email.
